How certification actually works.

Certification is independent from advertising, sponsorship, and featured placement. Every certified number is traceable to a combine, evaluator, and calibrated equipment.

Self-Reported

Athletes can estimate or enter historical measurables and KPIs. These remain Athlete Inputted until verified.

Under Review

Our team confirms identity, school, and eligibility.

Combine Verified

Results captured at a SWSH-certified combine with audited equipment by SWSH Certified Staff.

SWSH Certified

Multiple certified results plus independent evaluator sign-off.

Independently Evaluated

Standardized protocols

Every KPI has a documented protocol — equipment, warmup, number of attempts, tolerances, and how ties are broken. Combines that deviate cannot certify results.

Equipment is audited

Certified combines run calibrated Vertec, force plates, and electronic timing gates. Equipment is spot-checked and re-certified annually.

Evaluators are randomized

Independent evaluators are randomly assigned to eligible tests to reduce favoritism. Conflicts of interest are declared and disqualified.

Sponsorship never affects rankings

Sponsored and promoted placements are visually distinct. They cannot alter certification status or leaderboard position.

Results expire and are reverified

Certified results have an expiration window (12–24 months depending on KPI). Athletes retest to keep certified status.

Youth privacy is protected

Athlete profiles under 18 require parent or guardian consent. Personal contact information is never publicly displayed.
